A manager who could not seperate personal life, from work life

Jerson was a desk manager at a car dealership in which I worked at for around a 1 year. I worked with him for about 6-7 months into the business. It did get to a point where it would be constant mood swings, these urges of yelling any second he could get. Personal issues he was dealing with , he would bring with him to work. If you ask me, very unproffesional. No where near fair to hardworking employees also dealing with their own personal issues but still coming to work with a postive attitude. Not this manager, you can sense that tension and negative energy he brought along with him. A manager busy taking out his personal life on his employees yet still found the time to mircomanage. Everytime I would get up from my desk he woul watch your every single step to where you were headed to next, even if it was to the bathroom. No one wants to feel uncomfortable or wrong for going to the bathroom. All I can say is a manager like this does not deserve to have such hardworking and positive people who are also trying to make a living.
